Billing and usage information for On-Demand (SaaS) Users
To manage billing, payment methods, account status, and view current usage:
- 1.As an Admin user, go to "Settings" by clicking on your name at the bottom left corner.
- 2.Select "Settings" from the menu.
- 3.Go to the Billing tab.
Under Billing you can:
- enter a coupon code
- see Estimated Balance amount
- download invoices (for Pay-as-you-go accounts)
Billing Details shows your current usage, lets you a payment method, and change your account status.

Your account's current usage can be found in the Settings > Billing tab.
Plainsight Consumption Units (PCUs) are used to calculate cost from usage. Read more about PCUs and how they are used in calculating your invoice:
Pay-as-you-go pricing allows you to use features beyond the free credits without interruption. You will be charged based on your PCU usage. Data annotations are free of charge.
To activate pay-as-you-go pricing, or to unlock features whose usage limits have been reached, simply add a payment method.
A billing cycle begins on the date when the account is created. The billing date will typically be the same day of the month each month - for example, a cycle that starts on the 20th of the month will always be billed on the 20th. If the billing date falls on the 31st of the month, or a date that does not exist that month, it would default to the last day of the month. For example, a cycle starting on January 31 bills on February 28 (or February 29 in a leap year), then March 31, April 30, and so on.
At the cycle end you will be charged for any usage that has accrued during that billing cycle. An exception is the storage fee incurred when an account is deactivated.
