Managing your Plainsight account
To manage your account:
- 1.At the bottom left, click on your name or the down arrow to bring up a menu.
- 2.Select "Settings".

Access the Settings by clicking on the down arrow and selecting "Settings"
You are taken to the Your Account tab where you can update your account's full name, password, or timezone.
If your account is a member of multiple organizations, you can switch between organizations.
- 1.At the bottom left, click on your name or the down arrow to bring up a menu.
- 2.Select the organization you want to switch to.

Access the list of organizations you are a member of.
You are redirected to the new organization. The name of the new organization should be displayed at the bottom left.

Switching to another organization
You can update your password in the "Password" section.
- 1.Enter your current password (required)
- 2.Enter your new password
- 3.Confirm your new password by re-entering it
- 4.Click "Change Password"
Passwords must be at least 8 characters in length and must include a number and lowercase letter. It must also not be a commonly used password.
Update your timezone using the "Timezone" drop-down.
- 1.Select your desired timezone.
- 2.Click "Save Changes"
The dashboard will reflect your new timezone settings.
